The real-scene demonstration integrates plenty of scenarios, products and solutions to show how smart new retail is defined through innovation.
Smart Store Solution
At the Hanshow experience center, visitors got a chance to experience a series of smart store solutions, including smart marketing, smart cashier, smart picking and smart map.
Built upon big data analysis, Hanshow smart marketing solution helps retailers to realize lean data management and SKU precise marketing. It produces, collects and analyzes customer behavior data through Scan & Go and Touch & Go, so as to offer tailored marketing solution, bring in new marketing resources and offer advice to our clients.
To tailor for future business scenarios, the smart cashier system that Hanshow demonstrated supports multiple payment methods, including online payment and self-service check out. Meanwhile, the system could ensure the consistency of promotion, membership, coupons and increase interactivity between merchants or online merchants and customers to realize online and offline integration.
Smart Goods Picking
On the middle data platform, Hanshow collects orders from different channels and then forward them to goods picking PDA through distribution mechanism to optimize goods picking scenarios, such as route, product weighing and automatic processing and etc. After verification, the system, connected to the distribution platform, would receive feedback from the platform to monitor and control the whole process.
The smart map solution of Hanshow supports automatic collection of product information and provides quick navigation, replenishment reminder and visualized data checking. It is also used to evaluate the space value of the store.
The brand-new smart hardware product
On the Expo, Hanshow launched a new series of ESL products, and exhibited the hardware and its features innovatively. This time the AP for ESL data transmission is also upgraded on both appearance and functionality to better serve ESL to bring more convenience and efficiency to our clients.
The New-generation ESL
The new-generation ESL owns a brand-new design, more aesthetic and comprehensive, with more functions and options to offer. Moreover, with better self-interaction and upgraded indoor positioning functionality, the new generation can coordinate with applications of Hanshow’s smart store solution to enhance the store’s digitalized management capability. Also, it supports NFC technology on mobile apps to bring more convenience.
Embedded AP (PCIE base station)
Hanshow embedded AP and WIFI base station share the same station and wires to improve implementation efficiency. Meanwhile, it supports both WIFI and ESL to meet our clients’ demand of high integration.
The New-generation Base Station
Besides ESL, the base station for data transmission is upgraded as well, using built-in aerial, with smaller size and leaner appearance, while much stronger performance.
Multi-scenario Experience Upgrading
Hanshow’s ESL supports NFC function to realize multi-dimensional interactions. With customers: customers can collect coupon, check product information and add product to shopping cart by Touch & Go, that is, touch ESL with mobile phone and finish interaction. With shop assistants: shop assistants can make routine management operations, like flash, cut page, bind and unbind on mobile app.
In our smart experience store, customers can experience the whole process of smart shopping: enter the store by facial recognition, select shopping methods, experience Scan & Go and Touch & Go, check shopping route and do self-service shopping by using Smart screen self-service shopping and Smart shopping cart.
Besides, Hanshow exhibited image recognition-based smart display solution: automatic binding and product information display, once ESL is placed below the product on the shelf; out-of-stock reminder and light up, once the last product on the shelf is removed, to remind shop assistant for replenishment. The solution also assists stores to manage shelf display in real time, with quick action and easy control.
Hanshow Smart Retail Product Launch Event
On 12th September, Hanshow held a product launch event themed “What is the future Retail?” at the Expo, during which an in-depth introduction was made towards new retail, ESL and smart retail solutions. Hanshow continuously deepens its understanding towards new retail and develops self-innovation capabilities, striving to offer customized and pioneering smart store solution to enterprises. Our ultimate goal is to speed up traditional business, and push forward the development of retail industry and better serve customers with retailers.
During the event, ESL project manager of Auchan, Nicolas Moignard, shared the successful practice of Hanshow’s solution in an Auchan store, since last May when Auchan and Hanshow established partnership. He thought highly of Hanshow’s capability as an ESL & smart store solution provider.
